Assist in recruiting, testing, and interviewing and personality diagnostic program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
Assist in carrying out performance appraisal exercise and ensuring the timeliness of report preparation and submission.
Scheduling and conducting routine employee orientation or induction program in order to prepare them for their new role and organization culture.
Arrange and carrying out hearings and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees.
Execution of necessary procedures in matters related to employment for both locals and foreigners.
Adhering to legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records.
Assist in administering employee welfare and benefits programs such as life, health, disability insurance, leaves and employee assistance.
Enforce human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Academy Requirements
Degree or higher in HR discipline or any related fields.
With minimum 5 years HR related working experiences.
