Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HRE/Recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings & support the daily HR operations. s:-
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, offline advertisement, etc.
- Conducting briefing, interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants\' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Promoting the company\'s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Providing recruitment reports to managers.
- Conducting Training for existing & new employee
- HR Administrative Task such as preparing HR Correspondence
- Liaison with client
- Minimum 2 years working experience as HR Officer/Executive with proven track record
- Has experience in recruitment process & databases
- Knowledge of Employment Law & SLO
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource
- Good Interpersonal skills
