JOB DESCRIPTION: Handle in the execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Payroll Administration, Training Development, Employee Relations, and Orientation program. Assist in departmental yearly job performance or job confirmation review. Prepare promotion letters, confirmation letters, salary increment letters, memos for any announcement from Management and other HR related letters. Update employee personal records and ensure proper filing on all HR related files. Handle all employee inquiries & grievances. Dispute settlements according to labor law and government compliance Liaise with government authorities (SOSCO, EPF, Income Tax, IR Department, Labor Department & etc) concerning monthly contribution, deduction, form submission Handle all related documentation related to foreign worker Handle all matter to the process of foreign worker such as application of Calling VDR, FOMEMA, Renew PLKS LEVI, Insurances, Passport and Permit renewal and all related documents Liaises with various local authorities (Labour Dept, Immigration, MOHR, MOHA,NOF, FWCMS,MYEG) REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent Fresh Graduate with internship experience are encouraged to apply BENEFITS: Accessible with public transport (MRT, LRT, Bus) Walking distance to restaurant, food courts, banks Good career progression Annual salary increment and performance bonus Employee bonding program e.g teambuilding, company trip, CSR activities Opportunities for promotion Professional development SALARY: RM2,200 - RM3,500
