Location: Bangsar, KL Salary Range: RM 4000 - RM 5500 Preference: Chinese Availability: Immediately : Handle full spectrum of HR functions and ensure smooth running of the HR department, including payroll & benefits and office administration Recruitment and Selection Performance and Talent Management Coordinate and organize training programmes for staff. Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle Review and enhance HR procedures, processes, and policies on an on-going basis to ensure compliance to local legislation and corporate requirements Prepare reports for submission to Human Resource and Finance Support offices in Human Resources related activities Organize staffs engagement events Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent At least 2 years of experience in handling full spectrum of HR Good knowledge and understanding of local payroll legislation and requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS) Meticulous, team player, ability to multi-task and self-initiated Good written and verbal communication in English, Bahasa, and Chinese
