Responsible for all HR activities, including employee attendance, leave management, payroll management, overtime calculation, employee benefits, and other HR management functions.
Perform preliminary screening of job applications and arrange interviews.
Manage new employee onboarding training, employee welfare activities, and company events.
Handle payroll and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory payments, such as EPF, SOCSO, and income tax.
Verify and process employees\' monthly claims according to HR policies.
Assist in managing annual performance appraisals, bonuses, and salary review processes.
Handle employees\' annual EA forms.
Liaise with relevant government departments such as the Labor Department, KWSP, PERKESO, and LHDN regarding company HR matters. Manage all statutory-related matters such as work permit applications and renewals, HRDF claims, workers\' compensation claims, SOCSO claims, company vehicle insurance, and road tax renewals.
Review, update, and maintain the HR handbook, employee personnel files, insurance policies, and ensure proper filing of all related documents.
Responsible for the company\'s data server, network systems, Symphony System (inventory, purchasing, costing, and accounting software), access control system, phone system, CCTV, and office equipment.
Prepare all HR-related correspondence.
