Job Description


A Human Resource Executive / Asst Manager must be well versed in written and spoken English language, maintain good attitude, behavior, skills, and values. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files and records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all labor practices are in compliance with the country\xe2\x80\x99s legislation & regulatory requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintains the integrity and confidentially of the human resource files, records and documentations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and processing staff salary, statutory and other payroll related matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring statutory compliance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administration of all contract employees to ensure legal documentations and other related matters are in order. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the recruitment & hiring process to ensure sufficient manpower at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide training, orientation/induction to new employees and necessary training to other employees as and when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the employees daily attendance record through Face Scan, keeping accurate record of staff annual Leave, Public Holiday replacement leave and other leave entitlements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing all kind of correspondences related to Human Resource maters such as Letter /Contract of Appointment, internal memorandums, etcs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other tasks as required by the Management. REQUIREMENT Must have previous HR experience. Positive attitude Good communication and people skills. Committed to delivering a high level of service, both internally and externally Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations Ability to work under pressure. Multi-tasking. Able to work anywhere in Malaysia. Ability to work on their own & in teams.
