Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process payroll and administer employee rewards, disciplinary actions, leaves, promotions, demotions, transfers, and resignations.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer letters.
  • Manage the signing and archiving of employee contracts and confidentiality agreements.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and collecting feedback on work-related matters.
  • Contribute to the development of the company\'s culture through planning and organizing team-building activities, surveys, and internal communications.
  • Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
  • Checking overtime claim and allowances
  • Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
  • Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
  • Handling employees\' Socso claims. Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
