Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
Familiarity with HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Process payroll and administer employee rewards, disciplinary actions, leaves, promotions, demotions, transfers, and resignations.
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer letters.
Manage the signing and archiving of employee contracts and confidentiality agreements.
Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and collecting feedback on work-related matters.
Contribute to the development of the company\'s culture through planning and organizing team-building activities, surveys, and internal communications.
Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
Checking overtime claim and allowances
Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
Handling employees\' Socso claims. Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
