- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2 years or above working experience as a HR Generalist, work independently.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Mandarin is needed for communication with management from China.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Manage offboarding procedures for departing employees.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Assist employees with benefits inquiries and resolve issues related to employee benefits.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
