Fluency in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Mandarin is needed for communication with management from China.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Manage offboarding procedures for departing employees.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Assist employees with benefits inquiries and resolve issues related to employee benefits.
HR Policies and Compliance: Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. * Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
HR Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review. * Other ad-hoc tasks
