Job Description


The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the Group\xe2\x80\x99s end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Recruitment and Staffing

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements and managing the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the company\'s culture and job requirements.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the Recruitment Master Listing.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, preparing new hire documentation, and facilitating introductions to team members.
Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct employee exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
Performance Management
  • Implement and oversee performance management processes.
  • Work with manager to set performance expectations and goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
HR Policies and Compliance
  • Review employment and ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Training and Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
Employee Engagement
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
HR Administration
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the HR information system.
  • Handle payroll-related tasks and collaborate with Admin & Payroll manager for payroll processing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and well-organized.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:

Experience:
