Job Responsibility Handle full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, training, employee welfare, benefits, compensation, disciplines issues and this includes attendance, leave, shift management, and monthly staff claim and reimbursement. Handle employee relations matters, address grievances, and promote a positive work environment. Manage HR records, including personnel files, benefits documentation, and other relevant data. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations. Able to handle HR administrative works (eg. payroll include statutory contribution, maintaining attendance, annual leave, staff claims and etc) Handle end to end pre-employment process which include to conduct HR Orientation program for new comers Ensure all HR function activities comply with legal requirements and relevant employment laws. Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. 5days work Job Requirements Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies Minimum of 2 years\' experience in human resources. Independent, resourceful and possess a high level of integrity. Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
