Minimum 2 years of working experience as a HR and Recruitment coordinatorGood working knowledge of mandatory local labor legislations and human resources practices
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Strong planning and organizing skills, independent, result oriented and a team player
Positive attitude, pro-active, independent and highly motivated individual.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English.
Proficient in all MS office applications
Responsibilities
Overall responsible for administering and executing all activities related to the recruitment of both local employees and foreign workers
Coordinate recruitment, arrange and conduct interview process with hiring
Liaise and coordinate with appointed recruit vendors/agents for foreign workers
Recreation initiatives programs for employees-organizing and participation, planning events for employees
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
Administer employee compensation, training and benefit programs
Well-versed in Employment Act 1955 and other relevant labor regulations.
To prepare end -to end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll.
Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues pertaining to any HR matters.
Any other HR related takes assigned.
