RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Human Resource Associate Executive, your role will encompass a wide variety of tasks related to the People Operations. These may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Support with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support with organizational performance-related matters
  • Create a positive employee experience by supporting the People Operations team on areas related to culture and employee engagement including but not limited to the planning / coordination of team meetings, company socials, and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure our office is a conducive and inspiring workspace through innovative problem solving and seamless coordination of office upkeep
  • Act as a liaison between our company and external parties / vendors involved in the management of our premises, ensuring smooth operations through effective communication
  • Work with the People Ops & Tech team to provide office management/IT related support to employees and ensure our assets / equipment are managed and maintained well
  • Management of office / pantry supplies (including checking, replenishing, purchasing, etc)
  • Management of Office Assets (including laptops / monitors etc)
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management/Administration, Administrative Services, Office Management, or related courses
  • Previous experience or interest in human resources or office management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident to engage in discussions using excellent verbal and written skills in English (additional bilingual competencies in regional languages is a plus)
  • A detail-oriented person, with strong organization & self-management skills
  • Able to be proactive in problem-solving and apply solutions quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel etc)
  • Knowledge in IT networking & administrative management is an added advantage
  • Candidates must be able to commute/be based in Bangsar South
