Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, systems, tactics and procedures aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and/ or other issuesAdministering benefits, compensation and performance appraisal system that drives high performanceEnsures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.To handle all disciplinary & IR issues/disputes, including investigation, disciplinary action, suspension and termination of employment.Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing for the Group, maintain accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.Manage the recruitment & selection process by identifying candidates, conduct interviews and issuance of HR related lettersReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsOther ad hoc human resource and administration task may be added from time to time.Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management related discipline.At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Possess a high level of integrity with good leadership, consultative and negotiation skillsAble to communicate effectively with all levels in the organizationGood understanding of related statutory legislation includes Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial RelationsGood interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the ability to work independently.Familiar with KPI setting, monitoring and reviewMeticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, EnglishAble to work under pressureIf you encounter difficulties, please for technical assistance.Best viewed with Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Chrome 30 or higher and Firefox 10 or higher
