Job Description



Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource function including payroll, recruitment, compensation, training and other HR matters.

  • Assist in maintain and ensure HR ISO policies, procedures and forms are updated as per ISO requirements.
  • Handling recruitment process includes monitor the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees' record, confirmation, and etc.
  • Monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities i.e. such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, and HRDF.
  • Identify training needs, monitor training programs, training evaluation, update training record, etc.
  • Maintain HR system, updating and maintaining accurate HR records.
  • Prepare letters, contracts, memos, etc.
  • Updating and recommend HR policies and procedures.
  • Organizes corporate events such as annual dinner, teambuilding, etc.
Job Requirements: * Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.
  • Knowledge on regulating statutory deductions such as EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax.
  • Knowledge on Employment Act and Statutory guidelines
