Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including improving communication strategies.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
Develop training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Oversee the hiring process, including reviewing applicants, conducting interviews, updating job descriptions, and determining hiring needs.
Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Dealing with renewal of work permit with imigration.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Assist and coordinate weekly and monthly department meetings.
Any other ad-hoc matters.
