Responsible for the of HR Management. Administering and managing human resources plans for the Group. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Managing the recruitment and selection process including the recruitment for foreign worker. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Assess training needs to apply and coordinate training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Responsible and hand-on in term of payroll, statutory payment, discliplinary matters and the whole daily HR tasks. Well versed in foreign workers\' overall management. Liaise with government body. To handle any ad-hoc duties as and when required by management. Diploma/ Degree in Humanities/ Business Administration and/or other relevant qualification in this field. 5 years above experience in HR Management and leading a team of HR personnel. Preferable with Manufacturing and Aquaculture backgrounds. People oriented and results driven. Good leadership and presentation skills. Proven experience with human resources metrics, knowledge of HR systems and databases, In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Possess qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills. Good communication skills, both written and oral: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. Must be willing to travel when needed. Emperor Marine Seafood Sdn Bhd has successfully secured 300 acres of land from the State Government of Selangor & Perak for shrimp farming project. The shrimp farms are free from industrial and commercial pollution. Each aquaculture shrimp pond is about 0.5 -1 Ha in size and 2 meters depth.
