Job Description
- At least 3 years of experience working in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge in RBA, BSCI, ISO, CSER (Corp Social Environmental Responsibility) audits
- Able to handle staff grievances, investigating disciplinary issue, domestic inquiry
- Experience in handling migrant workers immigration matters
- Able to liaise with government departments such as Immigration KDN, KKM, JTK, Police etc
- Organize staff welfare events and employee engagement activity
- Direct labor and indirect labor hiring
- Reporting to Sr HRM
