In charge of calculating and collating the different components of the payroll and ensure accuracy of monthly payroll
Prepare staff related letters including but not limited to appointment letters and other onboarding documents, confirmation letters, salary adjustments, shift adjustments, incentive letters, termination letters
Ensure that HR documents and payments are submitted to relevant authorities on time
Assist in staff related matters, such as staff loan, medical claims, medical leave, staff welfare
Assist in employee communications efforts and ensure timely dissemination of relevant information to employees.
Ensure that staff related documents are filed and kept appropriately for both physical and soft copy.
Assist in recruitment matters, including drafting of job scope, posting of job ad on various channels, screening and assist in selection of suitable candidates.
Facilitate onboarding programme to enable the integration and engagement of new hires into the organisation and plan orientation programme for new joiners.
Ensure that HR documentations are recorded and are complete
Assist in streamlining HR processes and documentation
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
