Job Description


  • In charge of calculating and collating the different components of the payroll and ensure accuracy of monthly payroll
  • Prepare staff related letters including but not limited to appointment letters and other onboarding documents, confirmation letters, salary adjustments, shift adjustments, incentive letters, termination letters
  • Ensure that HR documents and payments are submitted to relevant authorities on time
  • Assist in staff related matters, such as staff loan, medical claims, medical leave, staff welfare
  • Assist in employee communications efforts and ensure timely dissemination of relevant information to employees.
  • Ensure that staff related documents are filed and kept appropriately for both physical and soft copy.
  • Assist in recruitment matters, including drafting of job scope, posting of job ad on various channels, screening and assist in selection of suitable candidates.
  • Facilitate onboarding programme to enable the integration and engagement of new hires into the organisation and plan orientation programme for new joiners.
  • Ensure that HR documentations are recorded and are complete
  • Assist in streamlining HR processes and documentation
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • HR: 2 years (Preferred)
