Role & responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies, initiating sourcing channels, pre-screening & assessing, facilitating the interview, selection as well as the negotiation of offer process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by managing various recruitment channels to support the business growth.
  • Work with the hiring manager to understand recruitment needs and prepare hiring forecast.
  • Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
  • Develop interview questions and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keep well informed of advancements in various industries.
  • Manage on-boarding and exit processes, including orientation, confirmation, exit interviews etc.
  • Maintain and upkeeping of all employees\xe2\x80\x99 records/ personal files to ensure proper documentations.
  • Coordinate with HOD on staff confirmation, quarterly check in, resignations and all HR related matters.
  • Coordinate with HOD to recommend and schedule appropriate training and development program.
  • Process of Payroll, EPF, SOCSO, PCB and employment income tax submission.
  • Administer course registration, training grants and applications.
  • Assists the Human Resources Manager on HR special projects as needed and help manage the process of HR development.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree / Professional Certification in Human Resource and/or Business-related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a talent acquisition or HR Development role.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation method is a must.
  • Familiar with Malaysia employment act.
  • Recruiting experience in Singapore is a plus.
  • Proficient in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Candidate must be residing in Miri, Sarawak as this role required you report to the Miri office.
