Kelayakan

• At least 2 years or more relevant work experience
• Experience in F&B industry is preferred
• Having work experience in recruitment process
• Having payroll experience is an advantage
• Have good communication and presentation skills.
• Good communication and writing skills in Chinese
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Leadership experience will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work at Mont Kiara, Mon-Fri 8.30AM - 5.30PM
• Being able to start working immediately is a priority.

Tanggungjawab

• Fully responsible for the daily operation of the HR department;
• Responsible for the company\'s recruitment process, looking and screening suitable candidates according to job requirements;
• Execute procedures related to employee onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding;
• Update employee information in the system;
• Responsible for payroll process, prepare monthly salary summary reports;
• Verify, record and process medical benefit claims;
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
