Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. HR Administration & Compliance



Prepare and submit JTK Borang 8, 9, 10, 11 quarterly to JTK Office. Handle JTK APS license renewal (Borang 6), AE SSM renewal, VT SG ACRA renewal, MBIP license renewal. Update and enforce HR-related policies (MOM HR, local HR, and company handbook). Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations.

2. Payroll & Staff Welfare



Verify monthly staff leave updates and payroll. Handle birthday celebrations, staff welfare activities, and insurance renewals (staff & fire).

3. Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage full-cycle hiring process (sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing). Issue offer and confirmation letters. Conduct onboarding for new hires -- orientation, setup, and introduction. Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding (asset return, clearance, etc.).

4. HR Records & Data Management



Maintain employee data in BrioHR. Update staff email listings and create name cards. Keep HR documents (attendance, leave, memos, policies) up-to-date and accurate.

5. HR Development & Performance



Distribute and collect KPI evaluation forms. Handle employee counselling and disciplinary actions. Support staff performance review and continuous improvement programs.

6. Office & License Management



Manage HRDF grant submissions and company subscriptions. Oversee office supplies and vendor renewals (U Mobile, Onexox, AE website, etc.).

7. Training & Overseas Coordination



Support new expatriate projects and overseas staffing coordination. Collaborate with VT & AE teams for cross-border HR processes.

Qualification & Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field & Fresh Graduate acceptable

Experience:

Minimum

2-4 years

of working experience in HR operations or generalist role.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, JTK). Proficient in HR systems (e.g. BrioHR) and Microsoft Office. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking ability. Able to handle confidential information with integrity.

Language:

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage). Independent, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision. Team player with positive attitude and initiative.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
