Responsible for payroll administration and their monthly claims also all HR documentation related to staff personal files (preparing & maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data).
Maintaining a filling system for HR & Administration processes.
Assist in implementing HR policies & procedures, staff leave application process, documentation and movement of leave and entitlement, and prepare monthly attendance reports & performance appraisal (in charge of preparing employment letters such as letters of Appointment, Promotion letters, and others).
Checking payroll liabilities such as EPF, Socso & EIS and monitoring deadlines of statutory payment.
Assist Sr. HR Executive in terms of HR matters.
Assist Sr. HR Executive in recruitment (call applicants and process flow)
Prepare job advertisement and arrange for advertisement in newspaper/website.
Assist Sr. HR Executive in Staff Training or Briefing
Ad hoc matters.
Job Qualifications:
Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
Work Station at Iskandar Puteri and willing to travel.
Able to work under pressure & own transport.
