Manage and administer employee leave matters while maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records.
Prepare employment documents, including appointment letters, and conduct smooth and engaging onboarding sessions for new hires.
Track and manage off-in-lieu / replacement holidays in accordance with company policies.
Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
Collaborate closely with the HR Manager in Singapore to harmonize HR processes, policies, and best practices across regions.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of hands-on HR experience
, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of
Malaysian labour laws
, statutory requirements, and HR operational procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
Able to work
independently
while collaborating effectively with cross-border teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems is an added advantage.
