DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll

Ensure an efficient and accurate payroll processing. Provide full scope of payroll processing including computing wages, bonus, allowances, claims and overtime payments; calculating and recording payroll deductions; processing advanced payments in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations. Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records. Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll. Preparing payroll reports, such as payroll summaries, tax reports, and labor cost analyses. Conducting regular audits and verifications of payroll data to identify and rectify any inaccuracies and discrepancies. Ensure prompt maintenance of staff records at all times including archiving and filling. Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Management

C&B

Preparing movement file for GHS, GPA, and GTL by monthly Assist on employees regarding inpatient and outpatient Handling invoice for inpatient and outpatient Handling for confirmation

Requirements:

Candidate must possess minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accountancy, Human Resource Management or equivalent At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is preferable Previous working exposure with Mywave Emplx is advantageous Must be computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel & Power Point) Required to maintain strict confidentiality of information Ability to work well within a team but also work autonomously when needed and uses initiative. Passion for numbers. Excellent communication skills, strong English skills is preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
