Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Implements, maintains and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices. Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors. Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Requirement:- Full Spectrum in HR mainly specializes in Payroll Processing Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. 5 years of experience in an HR role Degree / Bachelor\'s in Human Resources or related field Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive People-oriented and results-driven Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficient with Payroll Software Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Note: Experienced candidates\xe2\x80\x99 salaries will be revisable with additional benefits.
