Job Description
s \xef\x82\xa7 Perform end-to-end payroll processing accurately, including payroll calculation, overtime, and allowance which in accordance & in compliance with the local legislation and company policies and procedures. \xef\x82\xa7 Recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, etc. \xef\x82\xa7 Follow-up and prepare necessary documents for monthly / yearly statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc. \xef\x82\xa7 Generate monthly reports for Headcount, Overtimes, Attendance & any ad-hoc reports required by Management or Statutory / Legal bodies. \xef\x82\xa7 Handling foreigners\xe2\x80\x99 matter such as visa, working permit, hostel, etc. Job Requirements \xef\x82\xa7 Fresh graduates are welcomed. \xef\x82\xa7 Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration / Studies/ Management or equivalent. \xef\x82\xa7 Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player when placed in a team.
