Manage all matters related to recruitment activities which include placement, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Involve in recruitment process which include analysis of manpower, recruitment methods, conduct interview, selection and pre-employment
Assist in the application for the foreign
Issuance of letter of offer and other necessary documents for the newly recruited employees
Follow up with the newly recruited employees on the necessary documents required as documentary evidence in the personnel file
Issuance of HR letters i.e. confirmation of employment to the probationers, stamp approval holder\'s allowance, re-designation promotion and/or acceptance of resignation letter for resigned employees and etc
Assist yearly performance appraisal
Submit Company\'s insurance claim or SOCSO claim
Handle counselling and employee grievances
Conduct investigation on employee misconduct cases and assist in the industrial relations process
Issuance of disciplinary letter and keep track of the progress improvement
Follow through with Labour Office and/or Company\'s appointed credit company on payment in lieu of notice for absconded employees
Liaise with the local authority for any dispute and grievances
Create the employee\'s data base for the newly recruited employee in the payroll system
Ensure all the payroll preparation, processing, finalising and reporting complete within the monthly payroll schedule for employees, ITC, internship student and/or foreign workers
Generate and issued monthly governmental/statutory
Implement and coordinate HR function, activities and Company\'s policy in relation to management of Human Resource
Perform operational HR tasks including coordination with caterer, uniforms, and third parties provider related to HR operational
The Successful Applicant
Intermediate computer skills including generating simple letters, spreadsheets, and/or graphics for business use or creating simple queries and simply formatted data output.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power point, including MS Teams.
Understanding of Workday and processes is a plus
Ability to interact with and communicate to a broad range of end users providing excellent support
Good English communication skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow up and follow through skills, and work well in a team environment.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to multitask, explain things in layman\'s terms, and be exceptionally organised.
Strong interpersonal skills, particularly as it relates to working effectively with others and building successful relationships throughout the organisation.
