Job Description


  • Experience in administrative work such as creating referrals and templates, keeping records, and updating HR policies
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, good adaptability, and strong organizational skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysia Employment law and sector statutory requirements
  • A detail-oriented and high accuracy
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal
Responsibilities
  • Writing and posting job announcements for all categories and levels of employees
  • Build a solid corporate culture to promote teamwork, staff learning and job happiness
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our organization and staffing needs
  • Oversee hiring and exit interviews and procedures, including new employee orientation and the processing of initial and terminal paperwork
  • Architect a smooth and positive onboarding experience for each and every new member of our team and community
  • Staff performance management
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of employee handbook
  • Verify candidates\' credentials, including licensing and certification if required for the position
  • Liaise and communicate with government on HR matters, apply for HR-related government grants or funding programmes
  • Plan and organise staff training, team building events, and corporate retreats
