Job Responsibilities:-
Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment including job advertising, screening, interview arrangement, conducting reference check if required.
Assist in updating and maintain manpower requirement statistics, identify recruitment requirements and prepare monthly recruitment status report.
Take part in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
In charge of the issuance of HR related correspondence letters and announcement as and when required.
Assist in monthly payroll processing and prepare payroll summary reports
Provide HR administrative support and assist in organizing company event.
Work closely with the line managers to implement ongoing HR initiatives ie. in-house training, employee engagement event and etc.
