ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Manage full spectrum of human resources related activities including recruitment and manpower planning. \xc2\xb7 Employee & industrial relations, career development, performance management, training & development and employee retention. \xc2\xb7 Design compensation and benefits packages. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate in the performance review procedures. \xc2\xb7 Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques. \xc2\xb7 Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues. \xc2\xb7 Review current HR technology and recommend effective software. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and administer day to day HR operational and general administrative duties. \xc2\xb7 Prepares reports and analyses data for information reporting and management decision making. \xc2\xb7 Recruit & screen candidates for promoter roles in roadshows, exhibitions, events and etc. \xc2\xb7 Profile creation & build up part timer database of our company. \xc2\xb7 Able to participate in roadshow or career fair to recruit staff. \xc2\xb7 Prepare full & part-timer\xe2\x80\x99s payroll. JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS \xc2\xb7 Possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field. \xc2\xb7 At least 2 years working experience as an HR Executive. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity of HR systems and databases. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law, Employment Act and other related legislation. \xc2\xb7 Ability to maintain confidentiality of information. \xc2\xb7 Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral). \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and teamwork oriented management. REMUNERATION & BENEFITS RM3,000 \xe2\x80\x93 RM3,500 (Basic salary commensurate with relevant experience and qualification) + Commission / Incentive.
