Must possess Diploma or Degree of Human Resource Management or any equivalent field.
Minimum 2 years working experience in HR field (in managing both local and foreign workers).
Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiar with Employment Act 1955 and other employment related laws and regulations.
Tanggungjawab
To review and improve human resource policy and system for the company.
To develop and implement performance review procedures.
To monitor employees and workers\' leave, attendance, performance and disciplinary matters, safety practice and work with management to solve any problems arise.
To plan and manage employees and workers\' welfare, fostering relationship within the companies\' personnel, arrangement of social activities and take care of grievances cases.
Handle foreign workers visa, levy and insurance, renewal of work permit, health care and accommodation arrangement.
To monitor, maintain and update the HR database and employee personal files and responsible for all HR documentation, correspondence and memorandums etc based on ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Plan and conduct employees and workers training.
To process payroll in timely manner.
To manage and coordinate all aspects of recruitment process.
To create HR standard operating procedures.
