Manage staff recruitment including (advertising, shortlisting, interview arranging, on-boarding) and employment matter.
Monitor growth of skill of employee and arrange training or course accordingly.
Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filling for employment documents.
Update employee\'s attendance, monitoring and manage leave record.
Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management (X-Payroll) including process wages, allowances, commissions, overtimes, deductions and others.
Liaise with relevant government bodies (i.e. KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, HRDF) regarding monthly statutory submission.
Handle all matters relating to expatriate and foreign workers employment and immigration procedures.
Develop company HR handbook & update organization chart, policies and procedures.
Manage company\xe2\x80\x99s vehicle renewal of insurance and road tax.
Monitor renewal of Group PA insurance.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree / experiences in Human Resource Management / Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialize in Human Resource or equivalent.
Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
