Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements and execute hiring activities.
Design hiring plan and implement recruitment strategy.
Perform hiring activities including sourcing, screening & conduct interview & selection of candidates.
Manage offer of employment and conduct induction program.
Serving as liaison with recruitment agencies, college, university, and Jabatan Tenaga Kerja.
Active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create & update job descriptions and organization chart
Administer employee probation, confirmation and exit.
Administer of employee benefit program \xe2\x80\x93 leave, medical, insurance, worker injury
Provide analytical hiring and benefit data

Job Requirement:

Resourceful on searching talent.
Experience in building talent pipeline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interviewing skill, as well as the ability to identify top talents.
Good planning, organizing skills \xe2\x80\x93 data collation, compilation & information management.
Able to deal with people at all levels and handle situations under pressure.
Good knowledge of Labor Laws, Ordinance Sarawak, Employment Act and prevailing HR practices and legislation.
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.

Education/Experience:

Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in HR recruitment.
