Responsibilities
Responsible for inhouse hiring - technical and non-technical roles from blue collars to Managerial roles across all Project Sites.
Actively on the sourcing mode and built talent pool database
Actively on social media and monitor on the job ads posting
Conducts market research to build database pool and salary(ies) benchmark.
Training Calendar - facilitates in TNA and scouts for Training Programs that mapped with respective department/division needs
Coordinate HRDC training grants application and its claims.
Supports daily HR Dept administrative and operation\'s needs.
