Support the implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and management.
Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs ie: Insurances & medical enrollment/terminations/updates as well as invoice/ claim processing and submission
Develop, implement, update and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence.
Support monthly payroll processing
Performance Management System:
Administer performance appraisal systems and performance improvement plans.
Monitor and track employee performance and development
HR Administration & Compliance:
Responsible for the maintenance and implementation of HCMS as well as periodic reporting
To support secondees and expatriate management matters
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Human Resource Management or any similar disciplines
Fresh graduates or with 1-2 years of related working experience in Human Resources Management
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of local employment law, legislation or HR best practices, and Tax Rulings
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Pro-active, able to work under pressure and self-disciplined
Strong organization and time management skills
