Client Background: A MNC German based company mainly offer a comprehensive suite of integrated services and solution, encompassing Communications and Telecommunications equipment services based on advanced and cost effective technologies Location: PAT SQUARE, Shah Alam Position: HR Executive Headcount: 1 Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: Up to RM5,000 Recruitment and Onboarding Administer full cycle of recruitment activities Establish a network of sources i.e. recruitment agencies, universities, technical schools to facilitate rapid recruitment of talent into the organization. Admin user for the recruitment portal Preparation of new hires onboard Support in employer branding. Training and Development Management of employees\' training needs and sourcing for training providers Training Needs Analysis Compilation and Achievements Administer the full cycle of HRDF program, funds and submission Admin user for the Learning Management System Administration of Benefits & HR Operations Administration of Employee Benefits Insurance, Healthcare and Wellness Program Admin user for Leave Management and Medical Portal Support all the HR operations matter such as staff movement. Employee Engagement Work together with Manager to create a conducive working environment. Actively organize various employee activates such as CSR, team building, annual dinner and etc. Support the Rec Club Committee to foster engagement and connections Other ISO & Compliance matters. Support the manager in ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 17025 which including administration of HR process and procedures workflow and control Member of the ISO Internal Auditor Team Maintaining the Organization Guides and Employee Jam Portal Up-to-Date Member of Safety Committee as auditor and record keeper for safety management 4. Member of Safety Committee as auditor and record keeper for safety management Member of Safety Committee as auditor and record keeper for safety management Work closely with Travel Security on the process and implementation at local level Office Administration To support general office administration Requirements Candidate must possess a Degree in Human Resources or equivalent At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Mature, ability to work independently and possesses good interpersonal skills Computer savvy with good knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Ability to multi task and work under pressure Proficient in written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Good team player with interpersonal and communication skills If you are interested in the position, kindly apply directly online by clicking on the \'Apply\' button.
