Position Title HR Executive

\xe3\x83\xbbManages the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff (staff & executive grade), administering payroll, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
\xe3\x83\xbbPerforms routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource support services including but not limited to payroll, benefits, leave, employee experience and performance management.
\xe3\x83\xbbHandles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and manager but escalate complex and/or sensitive matters to the Higher level.
\xe3\x83\xbbAttends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
\xe3\x83\xbbExecutes daily functions following the established policies and practices to maintain compliance.
\xe3\x83\xbbManages the end-to-end talent acquisition activities for positions assigned.
\xe3\x83\xbbContributes as a team in developing sourcing strategies, channels and approach in meeting Company\'s talent acquisition goals.
\xe3\x83\xbbParticipates actively in the yearly HR initiatives and any projects as assigned.

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Minimum grade of second upper class or equivalent;;
\xe2\x9c\x93Resourceful, creative, tech savvy and with an inquisitive mind;
\xe2\x9c\x93Eye for detail and good follow through skills;
\xe2\x9c\x93Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English is a must and those who can speak Mandarin will be an added advantage;
\xe2\x9c\x93Comfortable in interacting with different levels of management and staff;
