• Recruitment.
• Maintain leave records.
• Medical claim records.
• Administer HR internal control policies and procedures and attend to all employees\' queries pertaining to HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain all personnel documents and ensure high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Coordinate orientation programs and administer application required for new hires.
• Verify overtime work staff with attendance record registered and other related matters.
• Assist in the planning of employee engagement activities to strengthen employee bonding and organizational growth.
• Maintain filing system.
• Upgrade and coordinate company internet mail server.
• Coordination and planning company event / trip / business trip.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• A Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management.
• At least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a MUST.
• Required Skill(s): Unified Communications, Microsoft Office.
