About the Company
Our client is a legal management office located in PJ. They provide corporate services and talent acquisition of permanent, contract and temporary positions in legal sectors
- To handle the recruitment process and achieve recruitment targets which include monitoring the headcount requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer, and acceptance, etc.
- Explore and develop alternative recruitment channels to meet the manpower needs of the organization.
- Upkeep of employees personal files and proper filing documentation are well in place.
- Assist in organizing staff events or activities.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience.
- Experience in hiring/ recruitment agencies will be highly preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize those tasks and meet timelines.
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Psychology/ Business Administration or equivalent
- RM 3,000 - RM 5,000
