Diploma / Degree in HR Management and any related field.
At least 1-2 years related working experience in full spectrum of HR generalist function.
Experience in monthly payroll processing.
Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
Good time management and multitasking.
Exhibit initiative, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset, coupled with robust organizational skills.
Demonstrate self-motivation, adept prioritization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and multiple deadlines.

Understanding of HR principles and practices, with a distinct advantage if well-versed in Malaysian Labour Laws.

Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources.
Process payroll using AutoCount Payroll and ensure timely payroll completion.
Maintaining HR records such as personnel documents, staff records, leave records, and attendance tracking of all employees in an organized manner
Checking overtime claim and allowances.
Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report.
Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax.
Generate HR data reports as required or as requested by management.
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Process employee separations, including conducting exit interviews, updating records, and facilitating offboarding procedures
Respond to employee inquiries, feedback, and requests related to pantry/stationary.
Collaborate with department heads and HR to gather accurate and up-to-date information regarding organizational structure, and personnel changes
Assist the recruitment and selection process including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, onboarding and conduct new joiner orientation.
Prepare and submit statutory payment submission on time for all the monthly EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF.
Assist and coordinate for training & development program.
Ensure effective and appropriate HR policies, procedures in place which meets legal requirements, best practice and organizational objective.
Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal processes and KPI target
Prepare all HR correspondence and reports for management.
Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
