Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Good communication skills, able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (both written and verbal)
Preferable executive specialized in Human Resource
Strong interpersonal, good writing and problem solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of team
Computer literacy
Own transport required
Position is based in Taman Bukit Belimbing, Balakong, Sri Kembangan, Selangor.
Responsibilities
To formulate, implement and control of HR policy and procedures for the company
Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirement
Draft and update of documentation such as job description, employee handbook, performance appraisal, SOP and others HR related documents.
Responsible in recruitment process including job advertisement, screening and interviewing candidates
To handle employee disciplinary issue, complaint, misconduct investigation, transfer and termination as well as others matter in compliances with labour law
To manage and drive the foreign workers employment
Responsible for monthly payroll preparation
Organize and leading activities to enhance good working relationship among employees
Perform any other task assigned by management from time to time.
