- Have over three years of experience in managing sales teams
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Possess extensive experience in sales team management
- Driving skills are an additional advantage
- Strong ability to handle pressure, cheerful and optimistic personality
- Familiar with Malaysian company laws and regulations, responsible for salary calculation and distribution, etc.
- Foster internal relationships among company employees, creating a positive working atmosphere
- Capable of meeting high-intensity work schedules set by the Mandarin headquarters
- Established and maintained university-enterprise cooperation with universities in Kuala Lumpur, capable of recruiting students from the university
- Organize, distribute, manage, and assess the daily work and performance metrics of the sales team to meet the tasks assigned by superiors.
