  • SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Attention to details.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Tanggungjawab
  • Coordinate with employees and various department heads pertaining employees' attendance and disciplinary issues.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to maintain a professional and organized environment.
  • Manage office supplies, including procurement, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize and manage company records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with data retention policies.
  • Act as the primary contact for administrative queries and employee support.
  • Ensure administrative procedures comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
