Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and administrative duties (from placement of career advertisements to conducting interviews, selection, inductions, etc.)
  • Full process of Work Pass Administration, such as applications, renewals, terminations of permits and passes for foreign employees
  • Monitor and handle all re-employment and contract renewals.
  • Update and maintain the company organization chart and job descriptions
  • Manage external service provider for outsourced functions
Training & Development
  • Focus on training & development to bridge staff capability gaps and build new skills & knowledge in order to meet business goals
  • Sourcing of various training center to suit the training needs of the company and employees
  • Application of Training Grants upon completion of various courses (if any)
  • Develop skills development programmes to achieve targeted competencies and progress staff various career pathways.
  • Ensure processing of HRDF grant application and reimbursement claims on a timely basis
  • Manage and maintain accurate training and HRDF records; update the training information into the system.
  • Generate and prepare the related training report and HRDF reimbursement reports
Workforce Planning & Talent Management
  • Develop talent management strategies through attracting, develop and manage key talent
  • Manage internship & traineeship programmes
  • Corporate presentation and career talks at campuses and public events
  • Collaborates with the line managers to understand each critical roles requirement, review job description and ensure understanding of responsibilities to achieve organization objective
  • Assessing current workforce capabilities and work processes, determining future workforce requirements, identifying gaps and implementing solutions to bridge the gaps
Others HR Operations
  • Maintenance of employee training records, leave records via HRMS
  • Participate and drive HR initiative and projects
  • Review and suggest improvement on HR policy and procedure, Employee Communications, and Employee Engagement
  • Prepare & generate HR management report as needed
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office software skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Ability to produce reports in Mandarin with company management/headquarters for Mandarin speaking employees
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking colleagues.
  • Discretion and able to keep confidentiality.
  • Able to work under pressure, positive and dynamic.
  • Strong interpersonal skill, organizational skill, self-motivated and independent with minimum supervision.
  • Attention to detail and possess excellent time management skills
  • Analytical mind with problem solving.
  • Ability to work in a multitask environment with all levels.
Remuneration

RM 3,500 - RM 5,000
