Job Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding Administer full cycle of recruitment activities. Establish a network of sources i.e. recruitment agencies, universities, technical schools to facilitate rapid recruitment of talent into the organization. Admin user for the recruitment portal. Preparation of new hires onboard. Training and Development Management of employees\' training needs and sourcing for training providers. Training Needs Analysis Compilation and Achievements. Administer the full cycle of HRDF program, funds and submission. Admin user for the Learning Management System. Administration of Benefits Administration of Employee Benefits Insurance, Healthcare and Wellness Program. Admin user for Leave Management and Medical Portal. Support the Rec Club Committee to foster engagement and connections. ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 17025 Administration of HR process and procedures workflow and control. Member of the ISO Internal Auditor Team. Maintaining the Organization Guides and Employee Jam Portal Up-to-Date. Health and Safety and Travel Security Member of Safety Committee as auditor and record keeper for safety management. Work closely with Travel Security on the process and implementation at local level. Office Administration To support general office administration. Job Requirements: Minimum Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Computer savvy with good knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Proficient in written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good team player with interpersonal and communication skills. 5 days week job.
