Managing day-to-day operations of the HR function and duties (recruitment and selection, performance review, employee engagement activities, training and development, employee relations, employee benefits, payroll).
Handle employee issues like counselling, grievance handling, investigation and enquiry.
Maintain proper staff documentation and up-to-date employees personal files.
Liaise with relevant government agencies (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.).
Preparing any memo, announcement, letter, etc. pertaining to office and HR matters when required.
General HR administration such letters, memorandum, policy etc.
Handle the recruitment process by reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and interviewing candidates.
Managing and handling the orientation of new employees.
Provides support and advise employees on HR related matters where needed.
Responsible for any other duties as and when required.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management
Minimum 2 years HR experience.
Well-versed with Malaysian Labour Laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work autonomously.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedure
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
