Plan and execute recruitment activities, including creating job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews and negotiating employment offers.
Manage the on boarding process for new hires, including completing background checks, verifying employment eligibility and processing new-hire paperwork.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and counselling to employees to improve their performance.
Maintain accurate employee records including employee data, benefits, annual leaves and time off records.
Assist with payroll administration and benefits administration including processing payroll and maintaining benefit records.
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as assigned by the Director from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
Preferably with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in handling full spectrum of HR operations
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
Experience in business partnering will be added advantage.
