Manage recruitment for corporate office and construction sites (engineers, supervisors, site accountants, safety officers, sales staff, admin, etc.).
Coordinate with project managers to understand manpower needs and timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, campus hiring, and referrals.
Conduct screening, interviews, and evaluation.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
Conduct induction for employees joining different project sites.
Ensure timely collection of KYC documents and contract agreements.
Maintain employee files and HRIS with up-to-date information.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Site Coordination
Collate attendance from multiple project sites and share accurate data for monthly payroll.
Track leaves, overtime, shift timings, and contractor labor attendance.
Coordinate with site HR/admin and contractors for wage sheets and compliance records.
4. HR Operations & Compliance Support
Assist in compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain documentation related to contractor compliance (WC policy, HR records, safety training logs).
Support audits and ensure all project sites follow HR and safety policies.
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Implement employee engagement activities for corporate and site teams.
Address employee concerns and escalate issues where required.
Monitor employee welfare initiatives such as safety trainings, hygienic facilities, and site amenities.
6. Performance Management
Support the HR Manager in conducting performance reviews.
Assist in establishing KRAs for technical and non-technical staff.
Track training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in HR (real estate/construction industry preferred).
Knowledge of labor laws, contractor management, and site HR operations.
Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multi-location HR operations and site visits.
