Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum 1~2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills
Required languages: English & Mandarin
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
Able to keep up to date with the trendy recruitment methods such as running ads across social media platforms will be an added advance
Responsibilities
Perform full life-cycle recruitment activities including Screening, Interviews, Selection, and Offering.
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, professional platforms like LinkedIn, and multiple job portals)
Responsible for job advertising and posting via multiple jobs portals and social media platforms
Work closely with Hiring Managers and Marketing Team to identify and understand future hiring needs
Work closely with the Marketing Team for job hiring content creation
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Work closely with Managers to implement performance appraisals
To support other HR functions including but not limited to Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, and Employee Relation & Industrial Relation
To assist in the implementation and update of HR policies and procedures in accordance with Company\'s rules and regulations, Malaysia Labour Law & Employment Act.
Undertake any ad-hoc HR duties and admin tasks as required.
