• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum 1~2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
• Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills
• Required languages: English & Mandarin
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
• Able to keep up to date with the trendy recruitment methods such as running ads across social media platforms will be an added advance

• Perform full life-cycle recruitment activities including Screening, Interviews, Selection, and Offering.
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, professional platforms like LinkedIn, and multiple job portals)
• Responsible for job advertising and posting via multiple jobs portals and social media platforms
• Work closely with Hiring Managers and Marketing Team to identify and understand future hiring needs
• Work closely with the Marketing Team for job hiring content creation
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• Work closely with Managers to implement performance appraisals
• To support other HR functions including but not limited to Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, and Employee Relation & Industrial Relation
• To assist in the implementation and update of HR policies and procedures in accordance with Company\'s rules and regulations, Malaysia Labour Law & Employment Act.
• Undertake any ad-hoc HR duties and admin tasks as required.
