A leading company in the precision manufacturing industry, focusing on producing high-quality products for global clients. The company is seeking an HR Executive to manage various human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with labor regulations.Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a professional and confidential manner.
- Oversee training and development programs to ensure employees are continuously upskilled.
- Monitor employee performance and manage the appraisal process.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Competitive salary (MYR 2,500 to MYR 4,500 depending on experience).
